A check or money order to pay all applicable sewer permit fees: See sewer permit information sheet for fee schedule.
No outstanding issues or conditions precluding administrative permit issuance.
Completed legal agreements (if applicable).
You must schedule an appointment to pick up your sewer permit. Without an appointment, District Staff cannot guarantee the issuance of your permit on the day requested. All permit fees must be paid to obtain your permit. The District accepts personal checks and cashier’s checks ONLY (we do not take credit cards).
