Join NAMI San Mateo County on Saturday, October 3, for our biggest community event of the year - a celebration of hope, connection, and mental health awareness. Walk the 1K or 5K route and help raise awareness and funds for NAMI's free mental health programs throughout San Mateo County.

Enjoy music, food, a community resource fair, inspiring speakers, and family-friendly fun in our Kids & Teens Zones. Don't miss the interactive activities throughout the event, designed to bring people together and celebrate hope.

You can create a team, join an existing team, or register as an individual. Every participant helps raise awareness, inspire hope, and show that no one has to face a mental health challenge alone.
