In order to provide community parks in the unincorporated portion of the District, the District has applied to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) for reorganization to a Community Services District (CSD). The CSD will continue to provide sanitary services to the area currently served, and will be able to provide parks and recreation services in the unincorporated portion of the District (north of Medio Creek).
